Payment

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We only accept payment through PayPal & Credit Cards.

Delivery

Q. How long does it take for an order to be processed and dispatch?
A. All orders are processed, picked, packed and dispatch within 24 hours.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified an E.T.A will be provided.


Q.  How much will delivery cost me?
A. We offer FREE DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $160.

For orders less than $160 we charge a flat rate $15 postage fee.


    Q. How long will it take for my order take to arrive?
    A: Your order should arrive to you within 1-5 business working days.

    Delivery time may vary depending on your location.


    Q. Where are your goods dispatched from?

    A. We are based in Sydney and all goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.

    Cancellation & Returns

    Q. I've placed an order would like to cancel what can I do?
    A. You must notify us as soon as possible  and reference your order #.

    We will then guide you through our process.

    If you wish to cancel your order:

    Before despatch - you must notify us as soon as possible and attached a copy of your receipt.

    If a tracking number has been assigned to your order then a cancellation fee $19.95 will be charged.

    If goods have already been dispatched - You must return them within 14 working days of from purchase date.

    For items that have been delivered with our "FREE DELIVERY" there will be a return a charge of $19.95 to cover our postage and handling cost. That is any order over $160 will be refunded the amount you paid less $19.95.


    Q. What are you conditions for return?

    A. To return/exchange an item, please check that:

    • Goods are in saleable condition
    • Goods are unopen and unused with original original package sent
    • You have retained a copy of your Tax Invoice

    You must return them within 14 working days of from purchase date


    Q. Who pays for shipping fees when I want to return an item.
    A. For items that have been delivered with our "FREE STANDARD DELIVERY" there will be a return a charge of $19.95 to cover our postage and handling cost. That is any order over $160 will be refunded the amount you paid less $19.95.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost shipping you paid for at time of ordering will be deducted from your refund.
